Common Questions
Yes — the eCommerce integration connects to your managed merchant account. BlueVolt currently supports PayFlow Pro, Authorize.net, and Bank of America Merchant Services.
The User Management API syncs learner profiles between your IDP, HRIS or CRM and BlueVolt. The Reporting API is for pulling data out of BlueVolt – user data, transcript records, training progress – into a BI tool or middleware.
BlueVolt connects to your existing identity provider using OAuth or SAML. Pin a launch link in your current system for one-click access, or add SSO directly to your BlueVolt sign-in page.
Once a SCORM course is published from Easygenerator to your BlueVolt university, any updates you make in Easygenerator sync automatically — no re-uploading required.
LINK Accounts let you share training content with anyone outside your BlueVolt network. Enrollments and completions report back to your university, though what’s available depends on the LMS on the other end.
